Carl Hall – Counselling, Psychotherapy & CBT
Carl is an experienced, qualified Counsellor and a member of the British Association
Carl’s counseling approach is integrative which allows him to draw on a number of counseling models including Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Person Centred, Relational and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Carl offers a non-judgemental, supportive space for individuals who are experiencing difficulties, struggling with their identity or simply wanting to learn more about themselves.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
In addition to his Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling (accredited by the BACP ) he has undertaken a number of further training courses to support his work in specific areas. This includes intensive, residential treatment in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and specialist training in various life areas such as loss, addiction, relationships, anger, diversity, and abuse.
Carl has worked at length with individuals suffering anxiety and depression and worked in a dual diagnosis environment where mental health and addiction have been treated.
Carl has worked therapeutically for twelve years and supports his client’s needs by drawing on the skills, experience, and knowledge acquired during this time to ensure a tailored approach to the counseling sessions.
