I was drawn to the Theta Healing Technique. This is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improving the mind, body, and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is.
Theta Healing® commonly uses the term ‘Creator Of All That Is’ or ‘Creator’ which encompasses: Energy Of All That Is, Universal Intelligence, Source, The Divine, Universal Love.
This energy is all around us and within us. Theta Healing® is not based on any religion. It is an ancient knowledge that we are now rediscovering. It is a highly versatile energy healing and personal development modality that empowers you for positive change.
Using a theta brain wave, the practitioner is able to connect with the energy of All That Is to identify issues and witness healings and change limiting beliefs. Through a range of techniques, it is possible to reprogram your subconscious mind from your limiting beliefs and feelings that are holding you back from happiness, love, wellness, prosperity, and abundance.
